The basics
The essentials
Born in
Pescara, 1996. Grew up there, then spent a few years in Macerata, then Rome from 2022. Three cities with three completely different energies — and I brought a piece of each one with me.
Languages
Italian, English (with a British accent I can't quite explain), Spanish and French. Useful both professionally and for misunderstanding song lyrics in creative ways.
Tattoos
19, mostly music-related. Five are dedicated to Paramore, and no, it's not a phase.
Main obsession
Vinyl records. Not a hobby — a philosophy.
Book I recommend to everyone
The Enchantress of Numbers by Jennifer Chiaverini, about the life of Ada Lovelace, widely regarded as the first programmer in history. Fictional, but beautifully written. If you want to explore who Ada was and the broader story of women in STEM history, I wrote something on it too.
Favourite game
RDR2 or Cyberpunk 2077, depending on my mood. Melancholic cowboy or cyberpunk hacker. Opposites, again.
Evening wind-down method
Stardew Valley with a history podcast in the background. Simultaneously. More effective than any guided meditation.
The timeline
How I got here
1996
Born in Pescara. A memorable event according to my parents. According to me, the beginning of a long series of their questionable musical decisions.
2002
My parents take me to a piano teacher they knew. Official reason: "you can't play any instrument without learning piano first." Real reason, discovered years later: the teacher didn't play drums and couldn't teach them. Fair enough. I learn piano — and honestly, I've never regretted it.
2005
I discover Paramore. It's not a phase.
2010/2011
At 14/15 I remember I always wanted to play drums. My mother is horrified — the piano had already "ruined" the living room, as far as she was concerned. Spoiler: there's now an acoustic drum kit in the same room. She lost.
Around the same time
Tumblr introduces me to code. Like most teenagers of the era, I start tinkering with HTML and CSS to customise my blog. I didn't know it yet, but I had just started programming.

First Paramore concert, Milan. Incredible energy, the emotion of finally seeing your favourite band live. One of the best shows I've ever been to.
2020/2021
During lockdown I discover Luca La Mesa's courses and get into social media management. I find a passion I didn't know I had. I haven't stopped since.
2022
I move to Rome. Third city, third energy, first time I feel like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
Today
I manage social media profiles, build Flutter apps, study two degrees at once because apparently I enjoy suffering, collect vinyl, and occasionally go cycling to get body and mind moving at the same speed. Opposites don't cancel each other out — they multiply.
